Death is the surest evidence that our Father loves us.  He knows us and remembers us.  He does not leave us stranded here on earth.

Heavenly Father invited each of us to enter mortality.  With an oath and a covenant he bound to Himself those who were willing to leave His presence and experience the hardships and uncertainties of earth life.

He placed every one of His children in the exact time and circumstance that would best promote that soul's eternal welfare.  He granted each one his agency, and promised guidance through all the vagaries of life to all who would be obedient.

To those who are not obedient, He still gives direction.  He guides the destinies of men so that, ultimately, every soul who can be, will be saved in a kingdom of glory.  Even those who forget God when they enter mortality, and who deliberately break all of His commandments, will eventually be taught the fullness of the gospel, will be offered the opportunity to repent, and will be granted immortality in a world whose glories, blessings, beauties, and peace far exceed those of our present world.

Not one soul has been left stranded here on earth.  Not one soul has been forgotten, or has been so disobedient that God has ceased to love him.  He has brought home, or will bring home, every single one of His offspring who originally left His presence with a covenant.  Part of His end of the covenant was that He would always remember us and always love us, and He has perfectly kept that promise.  He promised to give us every blessing just as fast as we are ready to receive them—and He does it.

Blessed be the name of God that not one of us has been left stranded.
