Because of the beautiful imagery in three verses of Isaiah, I think they should be read together:

“The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet; they break forth into singing.”  (2 Ne. 24:7).

“Therefore, with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”  (2 Ne. 22:3).

“For the Lord shall comfort Zion, he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord.  Joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving and the voice of melody.”     (2 Ne. 8:3).
